Why did you split? Or why did the group get smaller?
What do you classify as “friends”? We have a group chat that people post to every once in a while and we’ll see eachother maybe once a year.
I am still friends with people who I went to kindergarten with. It doesn’t matter how far or close you are if you put in the work friendships will continue. And yes I am in mid 30s.
No, because I didn’t finish college until I was almost 30. When I started I was already significantly older than most students, and I got my first full time tech gig before I even graduated. But, I am still friends with the people I was close with when I was “traditional” college-aged. None of them are in tech, which is nice. I like that most of my friends aren’t part of this industry.
