Does accessing unemployment benefits by GC holder impact Citizenship application?
I was recently layed off and I was suggested to apply for unemployment benefits. I have a GC, would accessing unemployment benefits impact my citizenship application? Thanks

By the way, benefits you pay into (such as social security, unemployment, medicare/health) are insurance programs you paid for, not net costs on society. Not really? I think unemployment due to lay-off is different from taking SSI benefits. Usually unemployment is paid for by a company.
I believe only citizens have access to it?
