Dolby pending offer??

Hello, my final interview passed and sent all relevant documents to get an offer from dolby. But I got an email from HR and somehow the position is freezing and it's been almost a month..They told me that it is not related to my interview result at all. Is anyone know about internal situation? Through all interview processes, there was another freezing period on their side more than few months.. I really want to know any issue related to it.
