Hi blinders - I'm interviewing with Google for a product manager position in a few days and looking for professional help in preparation. Context: This will be my 3rd attempt over the last 3 years. 1st time - got rejected after the onsite and 2nd time - got rejected after the phone round (long story short: some confusions around interviewer profile lead to this situation) So, this time around, I don't want to take any chances. I do have 15 years worth of experience and a top performer at my job right now. I feel like I just don't interview well so some formal training might be helpful. Thanks for your help in advance. PMT?
Tc or gtfo... pay the blind tax
Just did.
are you a PMT at Amazon? If so you should have no issues at all. You can at least clear out system design round.
are you looking for online class recommendations or 1:1 tutoring from someone in the role?
Yes that'd be great
Check out exponent and rocketblocks. Google is fairly technical so read up on system design, metrics etc. Also, lewis lin has a slack community, you find people there for mock interviews.
Thanks much
Thanks!
Why did you go to phone if you made it to final the first time? I didn’t pass the HC and was told I’ll redo final rounds in sept
Interesting. I'm not sure if there was a disconnect at the recruiter's end. I wasn't offered that option.
Professional help?
Yes, there are companies that help you train for these interviews
Cool. So did you contact them yet?
