H1b case status validation error.
Applied H1b on premium processing. Attorney provided me the receipt . USCIS case status check portal throws invalid receipt number error. Attorney says these kind of issues are very common with uscis website . Did any one else face the same issue ?
Hey OP, how long it took you to get the receipt notice after filing the application?
Same issue with me since last couple of weeks. Attorney told me it's a known issue to USCIS.
Was it premium processing? If I was you should have got result by now

Had similar issue when it was filed last year but I didn’t worry much and got approval

if it’s a fresh one it may be failing for several days.

i was talking about receipt number. with premium processing you may learn your receipt number much faster than other cases and they may be behind on syncing updates or whatever. i’ve had some mistakes like this before too, it usually fixes itself. you may check with your lawyer if they made a typo, when sending it to you. this also can happen.

Try inputting the same receipt number after creating an account on myuscis. It should work.
yes, it is broken for 2 years now. Register and login, that works always
No worries. I was able to create an account in uscis and case was found.
I had it with my opt application. Got fixed by itself in a week.
