In the process for a PM role at Meta. Cautiously optimistic. What are your thoughts on the campus? What is it like? How do you like working there?
Was there in Q4, it’s not a campus but we do have a number of floors in two buildings and they’re cool. They’re permanent Asian cuisine which I love and one of the buildings hooks up the subway line which is nice. I was in meetings all day, so unsure of workfloor vibes but the lunch time vibes were good, busy, vibrant. I enjoyed it.
Which building is Asian cuisine, 770?
I honestly can’t remember. I just followed the crowd :p
It’s pretty legit. We hear the food is way better than melo park. But at the end of the day it’s just an office.
I visited the new Farley building a few times before I was an ex-er. It’s enormous with a lot of empty cubes when I was there. Lots of natural light because the center is open. Lots of walking, figure >5m to walk to your meetings if you hustle. Good food, not 5-star dining but not street meat food carts like you’d otherwise find around MSG. Good higher-end espresso machines.
Not a campus, but there are 3 offices scattered around the city. Pretty legit started this week. GL
I don’t work there but it’s not a campus. Just some floors in a building.
