Interview with Alexa
I have an on-site interview with Alexa the next week. I have leadership principles covered with examples fromy past experiences. I am pretty decent with System Design/ Architecture. What level of LC should I expect in the interviews. I was told expect part of each interview to cover LP. Have been doing LC for last 3 weeks. Focused on top 100 interview / liked questions. Bay Area cap for L5 is 295K without VP approval and 310K with VP approval. You might get L6 or VP approval considering your YOE. Alexa in general is not great, go for AWS. If you need WLB, go to Amazon Music SF

You’re wasting your time if you’re interviewing for an SDE II position. Your current pay is already over the top of the band, so should figure out what role you’re interviewing for
I am just tired of WMT and want out. Do not care much if they match just my TC. I did not bother to ask what Level it is. What's the range for L5 vs L6 at Amazon?
Depends on location. For sde 2 Bay area sde cap at 285. In Seattle it caps at 260. SDE 3 not so sure..
