Hi all, A recruiter reached out to me for a BPM position and wanted me to highlight my experience with cyber security (I work in a SIEM company as a program manager and have good knowledge of cyber security). Should I just give them a highlight some of my key achievements highlighting the knowledge I possess? Also the recruiter asked for total compensation expectations ( Redmond location). Given that BPMs at Microsoft are non-technical ( info from Blind) what range can I send? Can anyone help me respond to these questions? Thanks in advance.
