What incentivizes people who are actually happy at a company to leave Glassdoor reviews? Lots of companies have HR push it but that would make me less inclined to write one.
Some people just like to pay it back to the community if they have used GD while making a decision on joining the company

Genuinely liking your company helps. Might influence better employees to come to your company or team
