Organizational philosophy - cross team dynamics

Can someone point me to a blog or a book that characterizes how teams in different organizations (not necessarily cross function) working on the same objective tend to operate. I’m looking for things like the: - problems that naturally arise if the team is not architected well (if any eg multiple leaders etc?) - what happens when responsibility is shared - In efficiencies (if any, communication or otherwise) - recommended ways of working to improve problems (same cadence of standups ? Vs different cadence of standups? Same vs different sprint cycles?) - common sources of bottlenecks - benefits (eg variety of options, learnings for all)
