I have applied in Salesforce 3 times. Every time I have used referral. And every time I got a rejection mail without having a test or interview. Tc: 9 Yoe: 4 months #tech #engineering #software #swe #engineer #interview #it #salesforce
maybe because of college sf hires from top colleges only what's your college ?
Does IIIT count top college?
there is list of colleges they target on their site top iits, top nits and 5-6 other colleges
Because of good TC
But they don't take interview
I'm a little out of touch with Indian salaries, what's the TC at Salesforce?
Simply put, you're not worth it
I worked at salesforce early in my career. If you can get in great, but don’t worry. It was hard to get in. I got lucky.
People don’t listen when I tell them referrals at SFDC are useless, even counter-productive
I also feel - I was referred and for some reason the interviewer from the time of the interview showed disinterest
This is true. I stopper referring friends to salesforce because they all had horrible experiences with the recruiting team. Recruiting at salesforce is a joke.
The automated rejection perhaps, I know it’s disheartening.
It’s Salesforce dude 🤣
They rejected me after submitting my resume for a very closely matched position within 8 hours. New speed record.
And they have the most stringent policy of restricting resume submissions to 3 a year or less.
Not true on resume submission part however very true on record speed rejection
And that is completely normal. Referrals don’t guarantee an interview. There are others who put in the referrals too! Your profile has to compete with those to get shortlisted.
