Current: 7yoe, 160k base, 25k bonus, 100k equity The startup I’m considering has ~80 people, series B, and has 3 PMs already. It sounded like they were in the process of landing a series C. Also curious about thoughts on cash considerations, assuming they are unable to meet my current base+bonus, how much should I seek in equity to make it worth it?
I was assuming there were some heuristics out there, like Series A and 10th employee should get 0.1% vs. something like Series B and employee #30 should get you 0.03%
