IMO It was suppose to be a question to knock u right off ur game. It’s a great company but doesn’t look like u will be a part of it.
That's been included because existing Appian employees are underpaid and apply for these listings. Employees see new job postings from Appian with salary estimates that are higher than their own current pay, and they apply for the role. Apparently, that's a no-no.
