I was offered SMTS position. Please suggest what are the numbers I should negotiate for, considering I might get 10-20% hike next month at my current org. Exp : 8 current TC : 45 Base + 7 Variable + 5 retention(for next 2 years) => 57 LPA offered TC : 52 Base + 7 Variable + 60k stocks(vested over 4 years) => 71.5 LPA #salesforce #india #lmts #smts

Base is fine. Stocks can go upto 100k Did they release an offer after hiring freeze news ?
Recruiter haven't told me anything about Hiring Freeze.
