TSMC is the real king in AI era

NVDA? AMD? SMCI? Google TPU? Whatever hardwares win the AI race, they will beg TSMC to manufacture for them. Remember, The modern microprocessor is by far the most complex device ever invented or manufactured by mankind. There is no replacement of TSMC in at least 10 years.

Does anyone with semi-conductor experience here really understand why Buffett bought TSMC? I have personally thought of that space as very competitive with leadership change every few years (Intel few years ago, IBM before that). Doesn't look like your typical Buffett purchase.
