Lots of competent colleagues; you will work with good engineers who can get things done. The infra is pretty good which enables you to be productive. Perks are great and all-cash compensation is pretty nice too.
Management in engineering is so-so from my experience, really good explicit communication but also not willing to put the right process in place to make planning and execution as efficient as it could be. The company is changing a lot right now as it transitions from the old no-level world to a more typical organization with lots of juniors, fair number of seniors, and a few staff+. I think the change will be for the best in the long run but the culture hasn't quite adapted yet.
Looking to move from Amazon soon. Heard good things abt Netflix but not sure if they are hiring ? Also what’s the interview format. Looks like it’s mixed and depends on the team. Any other insights so I can prepare better
Came across this profile and was wondering if Netflix directly hires from India for US locations? Is it even possible for companies in US? 🤔🤔
Are salesforce and Netflix having an unofficial hiring freeze? I can get interviews with all other companies except these two.
Would someone who has been through the hiring process at nflx shed some light on when/how the offer is made? Is it after interviews? Phone call? Email? In person? During interview process? Would also be interested in how the offer is made at other FAANG companies. #netflix #hiring #recruitment
I have this coming up and am not sure what to focus on to prepare. Could anyone share what their round was like? Coding, behavior, chatting about past projects, etc? Seems like it depends on the team but would be good to get an idea of what others experience is. Thanks in advance!
How's their hiring process like? I'm waiting for the feedback over a month after the final round. Interviews went great I think and the recruiter said. I had an interview scheduled next week with netflix and just heard from the recruiter that they're reevaluating things and pausing interviews for a few weeks.
