Would you rather work at Snap or Coinbase as a software engineer? Which company has the better reputation and outlook in tech? Have offers from both. Coinbase is slightly higher, but it's negligible. I'm looking for good wlb and learning opportunities. TC: 220k YOE: 0
Coinbase TC 380K. Coupang offer not finalized yet so TC unknown. But I assume it would be more than Coinbase offer. Coupang culture and WLB has some bad reputations. But the level is higher and TC I assume would be higher than coinbase since it is 1 level up. Thoughts? Which one I should accept?

I only staked a small amount with coinbase in ETH2, but watching the way they’re taking advantage of having your money locked up and changing the rate and rules, always pushing out the date that they’ll allow trading and cashing out your staked ETH2 is enough for me to know that you shouldn’t trust ...Read more
If you had equal offers from Coinbase and Robinhood, which would you choose and why? Assume same level, title, and TC (base + bonus + equity breakdown). Note: it is annual equity at CB vs 4 year vesting at RH. Some thoughts: - both are subject to increasing regulatory scrutiny - both remote first ...Read more
I'm interviewing for a large tech company. The process has been quite slow despite me telling them that I have competing offers. Some of these offers will expire soon. COIN is at $122 with P/E ~8.5. Crypto trading isn’t going away and with good potential in every aspect of finance including e-commerce and even retail. Trying to decide on which company I should intern with in the fall, I’m aware that both have a reputation of bad wlb but not really worried about that since it’s only an internship. I care more about learning as much as I can and resume value as I don’t really plan on working at both companies full...Read more

Trying to come up with a list of NYC companies where the tech part is strong.
