Super good work life balance and flexibility. Great comp, or at least before stock plummeted.
Leadership doesn’t know what they’re doing. No investment in really anything. Big bet is really poorly built and kind of embarrassing. Not a sexy company or product anymore, but for some reason, leadership still expects you to sell it without any compelling reason for a customer to buy.
A college friend is co-head of this group. Any idea what comp is like? I heard they pay more than any tech firm in SF Bay area.
I know that Dropbox doesn’t have a big data team, however, wanted to see what’s your opinion on business strategy and operations team at Dropbox? Is data engineer compensation and software engineer compensation at Dropbox same?
Hi, currently working in growth startup but I'm being recruited by Dropbox (business team) and also Optimizely. How's the sales culture?
