I lucked into a product role a few years ago, and have been fumbling my way around ever since. Every company I’ve worked at didn’t really offer anything in the way of training or mentorship. Boss was too stretched thin, or company was stretched thin. Other than what I’ve picked up on the job, I’ve b...Read more
My old boss recently bought a consulting company with a focus on training and labs and asked me to be on their board of advisors. My guess is this is not allowed while working at microsoft as they also are a partner. Thoughts ?

Looking to figure out what training is like at other companies. Heard of meta’s boot camp but that’s about all I know.

I was also curious about which SaaS company has the best exit opps in ter...Read more

Are there any tech companies with good ramp-up practices and training for new hires? By training I mean in training in tech skills that will help with the job and not mandatory corporate training. I find it very difficult to understand and get started when I am new at the job. I am not self starte...Read more
I'm doing a little informal research and was curious if there are things your company is doing that you like, or things you wish were in place to help grow your leadership skills?
